My latest project consisted of creating a monogram for myself, a task which I was very excited to undertake. I began with the process of sketching out ideas based on existing fonts, grid-based designs, or playing with closure. After this came the process of editing different ideas until I reached the final version. I settled on three at first, but after playing with text placement for all of them, I knew which one I liked best.
It's round and bubbly, clean and simple. It's fairly average, but with a slight tilt. I truly feel that it fits me, as a designer and just as a person.
